Terms of Service:GENERAL
- I have the right to refuse a request without a detailed explanation.- I hold the right to use the illustration for social media, portfolios and self-promotion.- I will not share the unmerged .psd file of the illustration with anybody.- Uploading the illustration to social media is allowed as long as I am given credit (the use of the watermarked version is highly encouraged but not mandatory).- I do NOT approve the change, modification (by users or AI), trace over and claim of being the creator of the illustration.- Do NOT use the illustration for NFT creations or AI learning.PAYMENT, REVISIONS, AND REFUNDS
- All payments will be made through VGen.- The payment will be made once I start the illustration.- You are free to ask for revisions at any time, free of charge until the base colours are applied. (Corrections to mistakes I may make do not count).- The illustration process will be paused until revisions are confirmed.- Cancellations before the illustration is started are free of charge.- In case of needing a refund, only 50% of the total amount will be returned before applying base colours. 25% if base colours have been applied.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSPERSONAL USE:
- Given by default- Personal use include: Profile pictures on personal social media; banners, headers, digital wallpapers; not monetised social media posts; inclusion on personal websites such as ToyHouse, carrd, Twitter/X, etc.; reference of the character for commissions with other illustrators.- You have the right to create physical reproductions of the artwork as long as it is reproduced in fewer than two copies and is gifted to friends/family or kept for personal purposes.COMMERCIAL USE:
- Needs to be requested as an Add-on.- Commercial use (digital) include the right of use for: Influencer/VTuber/Streamer branding (profile pictures, banners and headers); livestreaming/video uploading platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, BiliBili, TikTok, Douyin, etc.; stream/video overlays, panels, transition screens; selling on monetized platforms such as Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee, etc.; digital merchandise such as downloadable wallpapers or HD uploads; and advertisement.- Commercial use (digital and physical reproductions) include the right of use for: All of the above plus physical merchandise such as stickers, keychains, prints, posters, acrylic, pins, apparel, drinkware, dinnerware, mousepads, pillows, notebooks, phone cases, etc.; convention and booth use.
